Decorating Consultations: You may not be ready for a full redesign, but want ideas in making your home more inviting, warm, and personal. I can help you with color schemes, furniture selections, lighting needs, furniture placement, recommendations for faux finishes, custom window treatments, accessory placement, or just plain good advice. This will help you get on the right track to spend your time and investment wisely.
$100.00/hour 1 hour minimum

Ready-to-Sell Consultation and Report: This service will assist you to de-personalize and remove any distractions from your home, and create a home that other people want to buy and live in. With an objective eye, I walk through from the curbside to inside your home, and take notes of the changes, repairs, and any work that needs to be done prior to you putting your home on market. This will help you determine what is important and what is not. Don't waste time and money on things that will add no value to your home.
$250 per consultation.

Real Estate Staging: We will survey and assess each room of your home to help you show at it's best to potential buyers. Proven statistics have shown that staging a property reduces the time it is on the market and results in a higher profit.
$250 initial consultation, $150/hour for staging

Color Consultations: Color is like a magic wand. It speaks volumes about you and your personal style, without you saying a word. Being surrounded by color in your home makes you happy. The more you know and use color, the more you will be confident in using it. Begin enjoying new colors in your home.
$100 / hour

Interior Redesign: Using your existing furniture and accessories, I will transform your room. The process will begin by emptying your space, analyzing the room, “shopping” in your home for missing elements, and determining the focal point of the room. I will then reset your furniture, lighting, wall art, and accessories in the perfect arrangement. The process will be finished by providing you a master plan of items to be purchased for a more completed designer look. How absolutely wonderful it is to return home from a day of work, shopping, or some other fun activity and find your room transformed into the space you’ve always wanted!
$475.00 per average room

Floor Plan: I will measure the room of your choice, and draw a floor plan to incorporate your existing and/or new furniture. This will include suggestions for added furniture pieces, rug needs, a lighting plan, and plant needs. You can then use this plan to re-arrange your room for a fresh, new, and exciting look.
$220.00 per plan

Hanging Art work and / or Accessorizing: I will re-arrange your treasured artwork and accessories in your room for a more exciting space and a more exciting display.
$100.00/hour

Life Change Decorating: A change in your family's needs or a change in life, home, or lifestyle -- these are great reasons to become inspired to try something new. Let us consult with you and/or re-arrange your furniture and accessories to compliment your new life.

Custom Window Treatment: Let me advise you on what window treatment styles will work for your windows and the fabrics most appropriate.  Windows need dressing, like eyes need eyelashes!
