What is Home Staging...

Removing extra furniture, removing clutter, adding more lighting, painting walls a fresh new color, are just some of the things that can be done to create order and calm. The most important rooms are the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Even if there is no time to renovate or remodel... there are many ways to improve these important rooms. A new wall color, new hardware, less clutter, better lighting, fresh towels, etc. can make a huge difference. Major renovations needing lots of time and money are not required to get top dollar. With minimal investment, the rooms are given some style and character.

GG Design Inspirations can help you sell your house. This company is known for the ability to create an inviting home that buyers want to buy and live in. For optimum results, the home must be staged before it is listed. My role is to bring an objective eye to the house and look at each room in a way to maximize it's space and character. I analyze the home to improve it's marketability and would sprinkle in some designer touches and transform the house into a presentable home with a warm and an inviting feeling. I provide home owners with options to make the house look good, better, and best, depending on the budget, timeliness, and desire of the home owner. In any market, appearance is vital to a profitable sale. Clients are investing in the biggest investment most people will ever make. It is well worth the sellers investment to stage their homes.

What is the process for Home Staging?

• Typically, a homeowner or real estate agent contacts us. We obtain pertinent information about the property and set an appointment to meet with the homeowner or real estate agent to view the home.

• At the property, we assess what must be done to present the property at its best and prepare a comprehensive, written consultation (staging checklist and plan). The investment fee depends on the size of the property. Typically, $250 for 2 hours.

• It's then up to the homeowner to decide if they would like to do the work themselves or hire GG Design Inspirations to do some or all the work.

• We can do as little or as much as you like.
